Andy will visit to give help and advise on design and planning your home extension. If you require plans and permissions we can then instruct an independant architectural service to visit and discuss this with you. drawing plans and submitting for permissions if you require.  We can produce a guide price before plans are drawn, should you require. Once plans and building regulations have been drawn and submitted to local authority we can issue you with a quotation for the works based upon these.

Chris, manages on-site division, working initially with the office, administrating start dates for your construction to begin after all planning and regulations are in place. The Office will then produce a schedule of works and stage payment diary, copies of the schedule of works will be in the office, and go out to the site foreman and to yourselves. The schedule of works is a day by day account of the stages your construction will go through from start to completion and you are able to monitor this from your copy.  Chris will oversee your construction to completion.
